We understand plans can change! Each booking comes with a customer portal where you are able to update your visit if something comes up. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to cancel or reschedule.
Nope! We will provide the augmented reality glasses. Just bring yourself and be ready for an amazing adventure. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Guests will need to be at least 7 years old to participate.
Experiences typically last between 25-30 minutes, but plan on spending up to an hour at the Venue. Arrive 15 minutes early to check-in.
Yes! Our glasses are lightweight and ergonomic, providing detailed visuals while still keeping your vision clear on the sides so you can see your group as you walk around the experiences.
Yes! If you have little ones that fit in a stroller they are welcome to tag along. They will not, however, be able to wear the AR glasses and see the experience.
You may; however, we highly recommend booking online in advance as this reserves your spot. We often sell out during peak hours, and we can't guarantee availability for walk-ins.
